Developed an intelligent real estate platform using Laravel, integrating with mapping APIs for property location and virtual tour solutions. Utilized Spatie Media Library for rich property media.
Architecture
Micro-service oriented architecture with Property Listing Service, Search & Recommendation Engine (Elasticsearch, OpenAI API), Lead Management, Communication Hub, and Analytics Module. Employs S3 for scalable storage of property images and videos. Uses Laravel Horizon for processing property data imports and generating market reports. WebSockets facilitate real-time chat between agents and clients.
